Site Selection - Dresser Industrial Park

Location: The Dresser Park is located 1 1/2 miles south of downtown Sturgis, Michigan, and less than 1 mile northeast of the Interstate 80 interchange with M-66.

Price: $13,000 an acre.

Acreage: Parcels available up to 53 acres.

Zoning: Park is zoned Manufacturing.  The Manufacturing District established and preserves areas for industrial and related uses of a nature so that they do not create serious problems of compatibility with other kinds of land uses.

Infrastructure: The majority of the Park is served by water, sewer, and electric.  Southwest lot (7.86 Acres) is not currently served by utilities, but utilities can be extended.
